For more than a decade, I've been curious about the art of decision-making. I spent years making bad decisions. Poor decisions led me to make some huge errors of judgement. I was naïve about the impact of my cognitive biases and the limited frameworks I used for thinking. My judgement often failed me. It spurred me to improve the way I made my choices. In business, I got to see how decision-making becomes easier when you have a good strategy in place. Focusing on long-term goals removes the need to be reactionary. I also saw the damage a poorly thought-through strategy can have. Questions change everything. In July 2020, I started The Resolve Blog. The blog is home to over a hundred articles.
