After all, why should meaningful engagement and feedback be absent of a little humour? But it's not all jokes. I'm a firm believer in empathy and kindness as the keys to team success. It's all about keeping things simple and human. I also believe that we should trust first. Trust is the foundation upon which strong teams and thriving cultures are built. True leadership?
