Reducing carbon emissions and sustainably improving human quality of life is one of those wicked problems. 🌏 Entrepreneurial, versatile, curious, and a bridge-builder, I thrive in multidisciplinary environments building bridges across business silos bringing people, processes and tech together to deliver innovative solutions. I've held diverse leadership and executive roles with a successful track record of driving growth, building communities, delivering projects, and ensuring customer success in B2B enterprise software, data solutions, and professional services, with a side of board directorships, startup advisory, and mentoring. Spearheading projects for government and industry clients in Australia and internationally, I've delivered innovative solutions for critical infrastructure operators (energy/water/transport), defence, emergency services, law enforcement, financial services, manufacturers, minerals processing, and retailers. I've worked across the entire data value chain, including with NV1 clearance, from generation and capture to data quality and governance, data matching, predictive analytics, presentation and storytelling with data types such as IoT, customer, engineering, retail, and geospatial among others. These have encompassed data privacy, ethics, and high security government environments. It's a squiggly 〰️, spiky career 🌀. That brings with it the ability to connect the dots across many industries and functions. As a generalist leader, I might not be the best at any one of those skills, but I can bring it all together. General manager, army general, general medical practitioner...these titles arise for a reason. Lead in ESG, sustainability, data, and operations. It's what I do. I've been a volunteer NFP board director and chair, and actively mentor tech startups and founders.
