Top Shelf Real Estate Advisors is a life cycle development consultant with a main focus in the Hospitality industry. We have the unique ability to provide an in depth understanding of all aspects of developing a limited service product through a resort product. Our experience includes brand selection, negotiating management agreements, creating and presenting financing packages to lenders and equity partners, construction administration, jurisdictional approvals,and value engineering while maintaining brand standards,   

Some of our current projects include the complete brand conversion of three 100 room Hampton Inn's to La quinta Inn & Suites in the mid-western US.

HockeyOT.com

HockeyOT.com is an online hockey training application created by the Edmonton Oilers consultant Dr. Chad Moreau. HockeyOT.com generates custom in-season and off-season training programs based upon an individual player’s strengths and weaknesses, level of play, performance goals, available equipment and training experience. 
Our Program includes:

•	Text and video explanations for each exercise
•	Custom generated workouts which specify load, sets, reps, and rest periods
•	Progression based on functional testing and individual performance
•	Athlete nutrition programs

Oversee daily operations of all construction projects with a focus on larger-scale renovation projects. Manage annual budget for $6M regional operation. Participate in planning and new project approval. Prepare and submit monthly status reports to senior management. Travel to potential project sites and to sites in progress to review work. Make presentations to get necessary project approvals. Supervised 30 plus employees in multiple levels of people, including managers and line staff.

•	Managed the completion of $74M in renovation work on three apartment complexes while concurrently planning $45M in renovations to four up-coming projects.
•	Introduced a new accounting process that delivered more accurate project costs reports for the Mid-Atlantic region and reduced the project review time by 50 percent, producing savings in time and money.  Led the eventual companywide adoption of the accounting process. 
•	Led the transformation of the department to a true team atmosphere, and implemented quarterly performance reviews based on goals created by staff, which resulted in increased staff morale and productivity.

Grand Heritage Hotel Group

Oversaw daily operations of all development and construction projects in the U.S. and worldwide. Focused on larger Residential and Fractional projects in connection with resorts, with a minor focus on spa and restaurant renovation and construction. Managed division’s annual budget and raised debt and equity for projects. Prepared and submitted monthly investor reports. Made presentations to get necessary project approvals. Managed three project managers and one financial analyst.

•	Completed construction of a beach club and the renovation of a luxury spa in Mexico within 12 weeks and on budget. Both were able to open prior to the lucrative holiday season generating additional income for the facilities. 
•	Created operational procedures for major renovations while working in occupied areas.
•	Instrumental in implementing the use of standard construction contracts, with an end result of substantial savings.
