I’m a higher education leader, project manager, and community builder with a passion for driving meaningful change. With over a decade of experience in higher education administration, community engagement, and strategic operations, I’ve built a career on connecting people, optimizing processes, and developing initiatives that make a lasting impact. I thrive in roles where I can strengthen relationships, advance diversity and inclusion, and create sustainable programs that benefit both institutions and communities. At the University of Central Florida, I manage strategic projects that align with institutional goals while building bridges between the university and the broader community. Whether leading academic focused programs, administrative projects, or community based initiatives, I focus on making operations more effective and engagement more impactful. Executing high-level initiatives while keeping a close eye on the details that drive success. Furthermore, as President of UCF’s Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA), I lead efforts to support Black faculty, staff, and students, fostering an inclusive campus culture and advocating for inclusive excellence in higher education. Beyond my work in higher ed, I stay deeply involved in community leadership and advocacy. As Vice Chair of the Black Health Commission and a board member of the Heart of Florida United Way Emerging Leaders Advisory Board, I focus on improving public health, economic mobility, and educational equity in Central Florida. I also serve with the Achievement Foundation, which provides mentorship, scholarships, and leadership development for young men in the community. I’ve been honored to be apart of Orlando Economic Partnership’s Black Board Leadership Institute and recognized as a 2024 Orlando Business Journal "40 Under 40" honoree. At the heart of it all, I’m passionate about building strong communities, creating inclusive spaces, and making a real impact wherever I serve.
