- Oversaw the well management for the high-rate Juniper subsea development, optimizing performance through sanding-response strategies and proactive interventions to ensure reliable production of ~200 mmscfd.

- Spearheaded efforts to increase production by 76 mmscfd by implementing well restoration and optimization initiatives for wells prone to sand-related issues.

- Collaborated with the flow assurance and subsea teams to strategically coordinate the dewatering of the Kapok platform's export pipeline post ILI pigging, resulting in the prevention of 400 mmscf in production deferrals.

- Directed efforts to enhance well modelling for various wells, partnering with reservoir engineering and offshore teams to collect surveillance data for Pressure Transient Analysis, resulting in the refinement of models, correction of the Installed Production Capacity (IPC), and optimization of production forecasts.

- Delivered 5,600 boed of Wellwork Incremental Production in 2022 through successful execution of well integrity repairs and soapstick deployments. 

- Devised the 2023 Wellwork Plan of 5,000 boed, which includes through-tubing uphole recompletes, sand-control installations, well integrity repairs, soapstick deployments, and scale cleanouts via coiled tubing/wireline.

- Routinely utilized well economic analyses to evaluate potential candidates for workover, suspension, and abandonment.

Wellwork Front-End Loading Team Lead

- Delivered a compression project to reduce pressure that wells normally flow against, generating over 200 mmscfd of natural gas production daily for the country.

- Maximized natural gas sales to the downstream Atlantic LNG facility and National Gas Company (NGC) on a daily basis.

- Optimized all strategy surrounding gas gathering systems using a combination of Prosper, MBal, GAP, and APEX.

- Progressively expanded responsibilities to serve in a role with direct responsibility over production and management of offshore natural gas wells, which notably produce 180 mmscfd.

Production Engineer - System Modeling & Production Optimization

- Guided a cross-disciplinary team comprised of geologists, reservoir engineering, drilling and completions, and facilities engineering to safely deliver the Cashima platform's 2015/2016 field development campaign, resulting in a daily production of 280 mmscfd (exceeding $700K).

- Collaborated with a large multi-disciplinary team to successfully execute the Immortelle platform’s 2014 workover campaign, assuming direct oversight of three gas-lifted oil wells with a daily production rate of 2,300 barrels of oil.

- Utilized my expertise in engineering and decline curve analysis to devise and execute artificial lift strategies, including rod pumps, plunger lift, and wellhead compression, to enhance production in unconventional North American resource plays, encompassing coal bed methane (CBM) and hydraulically fractured reservoirs within the San Juan Basin, New Mexico.

- Directed quarterly well and facility reviews for the North American region utilizing Spotfire, aiding in the building and distribution of various required reports and disseminating valuable insights and knowledge to both stakeholders and peers across different regions.

- Actively analyzed well performance trends to promptly identify and troubleshoot well anomalies, concurrently identifying opportunities for production improvement. Drove RCFA investigations for well integrity events.

- Collaborated with field operations staff to review production and downtime, ensure well integrity, and guarantee strict compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and industry expectations.
