➢   Work with developer teams, trade floors, different management levels and front-office business users
➢ 	Perform business analysis and project management jobs in different financial system and trading platform projects

➢Integrate real-time and 15 minutes delay stock price quote terminal feed with different information vendors into web trading platform and terminal trading system
➢Suggest different order management tools in front office systems to fulfill individual business needs
➢Apply, educate, design credit and risk rules to brokerage firms for managing different business needs and risk exposure
➢Implement order routing using FIX and DMA orders between different local and global brokerage firms Responsible for the overall project management BSS delivery during set up of front office and back office system
➢Coordinate with brokerage firms on setting up general ledger GL interfacing settlement system with accounting system
➢Accommodate securities settlement operation like processing deposit and withdrawal, reconciling custodian balance, client and broker trade matching, submission of stamp duty and levy reports, etc
➢Communicate with brokers on customization on various back office system reports, margin trading, transaction, portfolio and balance, risk management and FRR reports
➢Design interfacing with third party CRM system for managing trading accounts in back office system
➢Educate end users on handling different corporate actions like cash, scrip dividend, rights issue, etc using back office system
➢Assist in parallel run of 2 back office system during migration, including cash and portfolio reconciliation

	Monitor project schedule and ensure deliverables to be produced on time

	Write user requirements for system enhancements and conduct user acceptance tests and user training on the enhancements.
