Since joining the company in 2018, I’ve developed and integrated a transformational operational strategy to support the rapid growth of the company's language services unit, accelerating innovation by engineering a custom software solution to enable production and delivery of the services. Earlier localization industry roles include progressively responsible management positions at Translations.com, aLanguageBank and LIS Solutions. ► LEADERSHIP STYLE My goal is to help develop a new generation of localization industry leaders. I create custom training solutions for new hires and stress the importance of growth mindset from day one.
