Marketing & Communications Manager

N.Rich

At N.Rich I was responsible for the three following areas: Brand, Field Marketing and Communications.

• Supported regional managers on their go-to-market strategies working closely with them, and Sales Director and Head of Marketing respectively, analysed and reported on the results 
• Managed and enhanced the company's online reputation and presence on the major review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights), social media channels etc.
• Established and nurtured industry influencer and media relations. Developed content, built distribution lists and pitched as part of our global communications efforts. Collated and reviewed coverage
• Spearheaded the Social Media Strategy for LinkedIn. Grew the corporate LinkedIn page by 8 times since I joined. Developed and grew the company’s LinkedIn newsletter following to 1,5k followers
• Established the Field Marketing strategy & process: owned it from Event Research stage to Executing, getting the data cleaned and added to the CRM, getting the accounts nurtured further etc.
• Secured speaking opportunities at 10+ international events and prepared senior business leaders for those
• Oversaw the ideation and production of the branded merchandise for events, clients and employer branding
• Rebranding projects of N.Rich and IntentHub. Owned both from concept development to execution and further Communications. Ensured consistency across all the channels moving forward 
• Owned the Investor Relations (VenTech) and Government Relations (Business Finland, Business France)

Brand & Communications Lead

• Initiated the introduction of ClickUp (project management software) within the Marketing Department to optimise our processes
• Events Strategy Development and Execution to increase brand awareness among our ICP, establish the Thought-leadership Brand for the executives and land more speaking and media requests further
• Established the process of collecting pre- and post-event data, infrastructure for storing it and analysing it further on Hubspot to have a clear idea on the events' ROI jointly with Head of RevOps & CFO
• Onboarded and managed both internal and external Videographers and Photographers, Copywriters, 2D Designers and Video Editors to produce high-quality content and increase engagement with it
• Developed and distributed online/ offline content as part of our demand generation efforts to increase brand awareness, nurture ICP accounts and increase branded traffic. It included presentations, brochures, case studies, newsletters, blog articles, press releases, videos, podcasts etc.
• The development and successful execution of the Communications campaign around the launch of IntentHub (PLG model), monitoring and weekly reporting on the results

Communications & Events Manager

Belarus Future Leadership Award (BFLA)

That was a project-based contract.

• Oversaw the Communications of the Belarus Future Leadership Award (BFLA): developed the Tone of Voice, Content Strategy and set up the internal processes. We received 100+ essay applications from 12 countries within just 1 month. 
• The final of the Awards was hosted within the Future Leaders Forum where I did the same. Within just 2 weeks together with the team we received 650+registrations and got an amazing turnout of 61.5% of those, uncommon for summertime. Received 135+ Instagram and LinkedIn mentions of the page.
• Negotiated and onboarded 3 commercial partners for the Forum who either got the brand mentions across our online channels and the event signage in return for the investment, or also, got an event booth on top of that. Kept track of the kind of applications we received, so could advise accordingly whether there indeed was a match.

Head of Communications

HYPERVSN

I joined HYPERVSN as the 12th employee and worked there for 6 years. I have built a company-wide reputation for the successful communication campaigns and “energetic" personality. 

• Crafted and executed communications strategy across 10+ online and offline channels. Managed 20+ campaigns for product launches and trade shows with PR agencies, analysed and reported on the results
• Worked with the key international HYPERVSN distributors on their go-to-market strategies and supported them with the execution. Managed the LinkedIn community to encourage peer-learning
• Ensured the communications consistency across 15 customer-facing channels working cross-functionally. Introduced monthly Internal Digests for the internal team and bi-weekly Newsletters for 1k+ Distributors & Resellers to ensure the alignment of vision and transparency 
• Established and nurtured Media and Government Relations. Secured regular publications in the key local and international media to increase brand awareness for sales and brand purposes, monitored industry trends 
• Secured speaking opportunities and prepared senior business leaders for 50+ international industry conferences and media interviews. Successfully submitted products for industry awards
• Served as a spokesperson myself. Represented the company at 10+ international events as a speaker
• Developed and introduced events management process (included 20+ people). Managed the participation in 100+ events and budgets of $200k+ per a trade show. Organised online/offline press conferences
• Successfully negotiated events partnerships, sponsorships, awards and media advertising opportunities alternatively worth $250k+ in total
• Developed and distributed content to educate and engage the key stakeholders. It included presentations, leaflets, case studies, newsletters, blog articles, press releases, videos, a corporate podcast etc.
• Onboarded and managed Videographers, Photographers, Copywriters, 2D and 3D Designers, and Video Editors
