• Provided project management for a major utility company during Check Point perimeter firewall upgrade with an initial budget of approx. $2.4M.
• Required a quick start as the project contract was signed and milestones were pending.  Further recovery of the overall project was necessary when a separate audit and preparation phase was disrupted with resource and client conflicts.
• Provided an in-depth level of project plan details to the client including design, test and migration based on risk assessment resulting in strong plan development and risk mitigation strategies.
• Additionally, provided desktop refresh and Windows 10 migration project (Approx. Value $500k) management for the same utility company across multiple sites throughout New Zealand.  
• Applications diversity and organisational changes offered unique challenges requiring strong communication and diplomacy skills.
