They said being a fractional is easy. It’s not. 

You were able to create change in the business when you were an employee leading the way, so you must be able to do the same as a fractional, right? It’s not the same. You might be able to create change, but now you’re also running every part of your own business. You need a solid client list and leads, you need a clear process, you need a functioning business model, you need to manage your own finances, and, you need support... but there’s no clear roadmap and you haven’t found a way to fully make it work for you. So, how do you manage building your fractional business without burning out or fading away?
