• Founded RC Celta Academy Pennsylvania, an organization that is a franchise of the Spanish professional soccer team RC Celta Vigo, currently has nine teams
• Developed skills in cash flow, communication, system creation, and service management

Founder

Trippley Foundation 

• Directed a nonprofit organization of 15 years that works with children and families in soccer, counseling, and wellness
• Achieved Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) approval through the Pennsylvania Department of State 
• Taught players ages 6-18 soccer, both personally and virtually 
• Coordinated an international summer camp for children and families with an average enrollment of 10-20 geared towards enrichment (music, grief counseling, art, etc.)

• Supervised operations with annual sales of over $300K
• Managed up to 30 trainers and coaches at any given time, providing services for over twenty soccer clubs in the Philadelphia area

Former Owner

A former youth national team player, Brown has dedicated much of his life to entrepreneurial activity supporting the advancement of American soccer. In 2013, Brown purchased an ownership stake in Future Captain Sports, a club-neutral organization that connected soccer clubs with trainers and coaches. In 2017, Brown flew to Spain, met with RC Celta Vigo owner Carlos Mouriño and founded RC Celta Academy, Pennsylvania. As a creative solution to the pandemic, Brown created the Virtual Sports Academy.
