Postered was an iOS app that allowed customers to try on sunglasses from many of the best brands in the world all in one app. We launched in the earliest days of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic when the eyewear industry revenues plummeted 40%. This was the original idea that we had in the first half of the YC S20 Batch before ultimately pivoting to a more technical product in order to match the skills of our founding team.

Milestones:
- YCS20 Batch.
- Secured a deal with a premium SoCal-based eyewear manufacturer at a 30% margin. 
- Negotiated exclusive rights to sell select individual products with a 50% margin.
- Helped scale processes behind 3D model sourcing, generation, and QA.

Responsibilities:
- Testing and QA for the end product coloration and overall design.
- Sales generation activities including outbound and inbound sales booking and management.

At DSD2 I served as the Prime Free Same-Day Manager, I oversaw same-day shipping for the region ranging from Temecula-Escondido. I filled the Load Out manager role, responsible for pick/stage, Cycle 2 sort and aiding both dispatch cycles by partnering with our on-road team. I spent Peak and a few months after at DPS1 in Rosemead doing a similar role for LA county/Downtown. I transitioned from a team of 15- 50-500 in a matter of 3 weeks and managed to achieve station-high(and internationally high-ranked) metrics (during peak season) throughout those times.

Accomplished:
- Changed SOP to increase AMZL outbound GoCart line haul capacity by +33% & pushed for network rollout. 
- Created tailored tools for labor metrics and volume forecasting to align cost goals with shift planning.
- Aided in creation of standard work for Prime Free Same-Day shift prior to Peak 2019.
- Identified gaps in PNOV metrics and reinitiated Standards of Practice that drive Delivery Success and minimize failed attempts.
- Redesigned Small Sort Induction area to increase FPH by an additional 1-3K with no difference in HC.

Extending beyond my role as an ambassador, my role as an assistant manager entails tracking metrics relating to labor, cost, efficiency and more. I am jointly responsible for successful shift completion and successful package processing for delivery to approximately ⅓ of the San Diego region.

As an Ambassador at Amazon Logistics I work to ensure efficiency and quality in package sortation, distribution, delivery and more. As an ambassador I am responsible for integrating, coaching, and training newly hired associates. I do this while serving as a leader and aide to managers and shift assistants. At Amazon we focus on multiple aspects of the logistics cycle and more specifically the "last mile" in order to improve the already excellent consumer experience one gets when ordering from Amazon.com. I spend some time developing efficiency improvement strategies for later testing and implementation.
