Dynamic and seasoned servant leader with over 30 years of Automation/Facilities/Mechanical Service & Construction Executive Management experience in multiple geographical markets, including 13 years of service on six Board of Directors. Demonstrated success in the reorganization of several companies with an annual revenue range of between $20m & $50m, resulting in scalable businesses that averaged double digit revenue growth (YOY), & double digit NOI increases (YOY) during my tenure in those ventures. Our “Culture of Safety” produced a reduced EMR in two ventures that started at over .90 and ended below .70, resulting in substantial insurance cost reductions & more importantly, created a positive employee environment that produced both healthy & happy employees.
