⭐️ Grew personal client base from eight (8) total contracts with five (5) agencies (school districts, community-based organizations, and faith-based organizations) for $43,475 during the 2011-2012 school year to 33 total contracts with nine (9) agencies representing 11 counties throughout the state of Florida for $241,000 during the 2019-2020 school year
⭐️ Obtained approximately $1.5 million in contracts with 17 agencies from 2011 to 2020

⭐️	Led evaluation teams that evaluated the quality and effectiveness of out-of-school time education and enrichment programs throughout Florida by: conducting interviews of program administrators and other personnel; visiting and observing program sites; collecting, entering, and analyzing data; and writing and editing evaluation reports
⭐️	Provided leadership, planning, organizing, supervision, and quality control for the Program Evaluation Unit
⭐️	Chief of staff for Gainesville office responsible for providing direction and support to the Leadership Project’s Executive Director in a senior advisor capacity and communicating with other Unit Directors at weekly meetings and throughout each week as necessary
⭐️	Approved and audited travel and inventory for the Gainesville office
⭐️	Oversaw Program Evaluation Unit human resources, including approval and supervision of leave requests
⭐️	Chaired Program Evaluation Unit personnel search committees, served on other Leadership Project personnel search committees, and conducted personnel interviews
⭐️	Scheduled annual/biannual evaluation visits to nearly 400 out-of-school time program sites throughout the state of Florida
⭐️	Prepared monthly Program Evaluation Unit activity reports and biannual cumulative on-site evaluation reports for submission to the Florida Department of Education
⭐️	Member of conference planning and logistics committees for Florida’s 2006, 2007, and 2008 21st CCLC Spring Conferences, as well as the 2009, 2010, and 2011 21st CCLC Fall Conferences

So, you’d like to know more about me?

Here’s some of my story:

When I started college, I wanted to be a strength and conditioning coach.

I landed an internship with one of the best college athletic programs in the country (go Gators! 🐊) and trained future professional athletes.

I got a degree in exercise and sport sciences and then another in sport management.

I was a personal trainer and assistant manager at a gym while working on my MS in sport management.

When I finished grad school, the right opportunities weren’t there in sports, so I made the pivot to education.

I spent more than 16 years serving underprivileged communities in Florida while working closely with 21st Century Community Learning Centers throughout the state.

I served as statewide Director of Evaluation at the University of Florida for the first six years.

For the next 10 years, I was Vice President and Lead Evaluator at CASPER, which is a leader in Educational Program Evaluation, Professional Development, and Grant Writing.

At the end of my time with CASPER, I went back to school to get my Executive MBA.

Now I’m continuing to do work that was made for me and my skills. I get people closer to their dreams. I provide comfort and peace of mind through comprehensive financial planning.
