From early success in telesales to co-founding Data Protection People in October 2015, my career demonstrates a consistent progression of growth and achievement, driven by entrepreneurial spirit. I founded Data Protection People and grew it from the ground up into a multi-million pound turnover organisation. In over 20 years of B2B sales, I have consistently surpassed targets, progressing from an entry-level sales role at Diagonal Solutions to leadership positions at Boxing Orange, CNT, and Montal/Castleton. My experience encompasses selling a wide range of IT solutions, including Microsoft and web services, managed security, infrastructure, contact centre, and IP telephony systems. At Data Protection People, I focused on providing comprehensive data protection and security solutions to both private and public sector clients, holding overall commercial and sales responsibility to drive growth within the competitive data protection and security solutions market. In April 2024, I made the strategic decision to step back from operational responsibilities at Data Protection People to explore new business opportunities. This transition has led to the establishment of Hendry Consultants, through which I offer fractional sales and business executive support services.
