I am a creative, open-minded Project Integration Manager with optimism and a passion for problem-solving. I am at ease working with senior-level managers, subject-matter experts, and customers. Adept at generating creative solutions to complex issues through hard work, research, and cross-functional teamwork. My father inspired me to be curious about technology at an early age. He was a Telecommunications Engineer who worked on converting analog to digital communication systems, riding the wave of the .com boom to the telecom bust of MCI WorldCom. Working as an Integration Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager has allowed me to keep my hands in all areas of the project life cycle. Developing perspective and skills in project management, team development, research, troubleshooting, collaboration, and training. I enjoy dancing and teaching West Coast Swing and Salsa as a hobby. I love to see students get excited about grasping a new concept. Their excitement for learning is inspiring, as my excitement was when my father was teaching me. I bring this mix of open-minded love of learning, optimism, and teaching into Project Management, using it to build trust and teamwork. This, in turn, helps me navigate the maze of varying perspectives, skill sets, and business politics to arrive at a common goal.
