I went through a lot in my life to get to where I am at today, But, the one thing that has stuck with me throughout my ups and downs is the message I feel on my heart I believe we all have a purpose in this world, We can all impact the world in a meaningful way & create positive change! That's why I got into coaching in the first place! I wanted to share my message with the world, I wanted to share what helped me overcome my challenges in my life! But I had NO IDEA how to do that in today's world... That is when I started to invest my time & energy into studying social media. I brought in my unique background of strategic planning & wellness management to create the business I have today! As I created a business on social media, I was hit with a huge burn out phase! I was trying to do absolutely everything on my own, implement everything my coaches taught me, learn anything I could, and I developed shiny object syndrome! I kept shifting my focus the next time an idea came up for me and I felt like a hamster running on a wheel! That was when I got crystal clear on a strategic plan for my business to develop my WHY, HOW, & WHAT I needed to do! Next, I tested countless methods in routine building, habits, and daily structures until I found what worked best for me! This is when I realized, I need to help other millennial business owners understand themselves, How they function at their best, How to stay organized, How to plan, And most importantly... How to spread their message to the world and attract the people they are meant to help!
