Just a passionate guy who is looking for new challenges all the time. This passion is mainly for the hospitality industry as I have worked 14 years as a Chef so I have gained a very good knowledge and understanding of all the BOH operations. As a Chef I worked for such a great names as Hilton, Elite Hotels, ETM and Corrigan’s Mayfair and was lucky enough to be the Head Chef of the new opening The Cheese Bar in Camden by Mathew Carver which was a very cool experience. As a Recruiter my aim is to help Chefs to achieve their goals and for Employers to find the best fit for their team and drive both side to success. In order to do so I have plenty years of Kitchen experience therefore I’m familiar with most situations both employee and employer need to deal with in this sometimes crazy industry.
