I am responsible for driving sales success and achieving assigned sales targets across the portfolio in my market by recruiting, managing, motivating, training, and overseeing licensed and certified agents and key strategic partners. I focus on building and growing a productive, efficient, and compliant team of independent sales agents, third-party referral sources, and key internal and external strategic partners in order to achieve assigned sales targets.

Agent Manager

Answer incoming phone calls from prospective members and identify the type of assistance and information the customer needs with the goal to convert the caller to a qualified lead and ultimately a sale.  Using knowledge of the Medicare product portfolio to accurately assess the distinct needs of different prospects, explain the differences between various products, and assist the prospect member in selecting a product that best meets their unique needs.  Assists the prospect in completion of the enrollment application over the phone with complete, accurate and required information, consistent with Medicare requirements and enrollment guidelines.

Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance

Provide personal auto, home, and excess liability insurance product solutions nationally for Ameriprise Financial clients.  Provide geographically dedicated support to encourage long-term relationships that offer continuity and individualization.  Communicate with Ameriprise Financial advisors via telephone, computer, and in-person to build relationships and influence advisors to recommend AAH products.  Offer the kind of high-touch service and advice that is expected from a face-to-face relationship with a traditional agent but using a direct response model.
