I believe communication should be clear, direct, and tailored to your needs. • I have 25+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services, spanning financial services, transport, utilities, and government sectors. I specialise in both support and project delivery, with over a decade of leadership experience in strategic planning, mentoring, and fostering skill development. • A key differentiator in my career is my background in financial services, which gives me an understanding of IT from an End-User’s perspective. Additionally, I can effectively communicate in both technical and non-technical terms, giving me the ability to consistently exceed client expectations. • Before assuming leadership roles at Fujitsu, I worked as a Wintel Systems Engineer. In 2014, my career took a sudden shift when, without warning. I was selected to lead the Wintel team I had been a part of. It was a position I had never envisioned for myself, but one that offered both a significant challenge and an exciting opportunity I couldn’t resist. I stepped into the role with a blend of enthusiasm, fear and trepidation. Thanks to the support of fellow Team Leaders and Managers, I embraced the challenge and flourished, never looking back. • My purpose is to deliver quality service by honouring commitments, learning from mistakes, speaking up with courage, and upholding integrity to create a positive and lasting impact.
