With nearly 30 years of experience in hospitality technology, my mission is to drive technological solutions, provide strategic support, and share my knowledge to help hotels thrive in an increasingly complex landscape. What I do today: As the former CEO of LodgIQ, I brought an AI-driven commercial strategy platform to hoteliers, helping them aggregate and action data for smarter and more efficient revenue management. I’m also the Chairman of the Board at GAIN, where I support start-ups and scaleups in the travel, hospitality, and MICE industries to achieve commercial momentum and growth. I also host The Modern Hotelier podcast, discussing the latest trends, strategies, and best practices in the industry. My aim is to educate and inspire hospitality professionals at all levels to adopt forward-thinking approaches. Lastly, through my work with the Hospitality Innovation Hub Incubator at New York University, I actively mentor emerging entrepreneurs and support them on their journey to innovate and succeed in a fast-evolving industry.
