Senior Marketing and Business Development Specialist

Follow The Crown Marketing

- Creation and execution of marketing strategy plans.
- Advising law firms and sole practitioners on the entire legal directory environment, including process auditing, submission drafting, deal analysis, content quality control, interview and referee preparation, etc.
- Social media marketing: auditing social media accounts of, and developing marketing plans for, companies, entrepreneurs, and content creators. This includes brand building and audience growth, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram.
- Coaching content creators on Twitch and YouTube in terms of helping them to set goals and providing them a roadmap to achieve those goals. Providing support where necessary, e.g. acting as a liaison between creators and video editors, drafting emails to talent agencies and potential sponsors, or training them in communication skills to build relationships within their own ecosystem.
- Providing research and data analysis of marketing campaigns carried out by gaming marketing firms.
- General marketing and business development advisory services.

Founder

Wolf Theiss

- Annual budgeting for Wolf Theiss Warsaw's BDM activities.
- Overseeing strategic planning of, and maintaining a firm-wide calendar for, internal and external events, conferences, workshops, etc. that lawyers participate in.
- Development of strategies for content creation and delivery, including planning and ghostwriting content for partners' and lawyers' LinkedIn pages.
- Content and brand management: ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency of all internal and external publications, including but not limited to: submissions to legal directories, client alerts, memorandums, presentations and pitches/offers to prospective clients.
- Close cooperation with external PR agency, overseeing the creation of press releases, and receiving and tracking media monitoring.
- Standardizing and updating templates for pitches, documents (i.a., contracts, SPAs, due diligence reports, lease agreements, memorandums, etc.), and presentation materials.
- Managing local data entry for our firm-wide CRM tool (InterAction).
- Evaluating the English proficiency levels of candidates for administrative, legal intern and junior associate positions by administering a comprehensive English examination. Providing feedback on candidates and supporting the Office Manager throughout the hiring process.

Business Development and Marketing Coordinator

English Content management:
- Business communication development, with a focus on verbal and non-verbal skills
- Proofreading internal and external documentation to ensure consistency and quality of final products, including: pitch documents, correspondence, legal opinions, memorandums, client alerts, newsletters, and DD Reports
- One-on-one coaching, including English lessons
- Presentation/conference preparation and carrying out debriefings and evaluations of performance
- Assisting HR throughout the hiring process by administering English proficiency exams to potential candidates and providing feedback on candidates' English skills

Assistants Coordinator:
- coordinating and managing work distribution among a 6-person team
- ensuring timely and accurate entry of data into CRM system (InterAction)
- working with upper management to set KPIs for assistant team members
- facilitating communication between assistant team and management, acting as a mediator

English Editor and Assistants Coordinator

Self-employed

- Instruction of Intermediate (B1) - Advanced level (C1/C2) English courses, with a focus on business language
- Applying teaching theory, creating courses specifically designed to target individual student/client needs
- Groups ranging from one to fourteen students
- Administrative duties such as keeping attendance records, filing lesson plans, and administering tests
