With over 7 years in management consulting, I’ve made it my mission to help organizations grow, transform, and unlock their true potential. My adventure began in 2016, working on projects to boost foreign investments in Latin America and the Caribbean. It taught me how to navigate global markets, build international business relationships, and pitch investment opportunities. In 2018, I moved to Canada and immediately shifted to digital transformation and strategic sourcing. I’ve worked on several high-impact engagements from helping set up a digital PMO at one of Canada’s busiest airports to assisting a global building materials manufacturer in cutting down millions in IT and business spend. These days, I work with small and medium businesses to help them integrate new technologies and explore new markets. My secret sauce? Aligning digital strategies with business goals, and improving operations while keeping things running smoothly. I also bridge the gap between strategy and execution that many modern product managers struggle with. Whether it's websites, mobile apps, eCommerce platforms, AI-driven, or Blockchain-based solutions, I help guide projects and keep things on track when they need a course correction. My ultimate goal? To help 1,000 people become entrepreneurs by 2030.
