I have 29 years appraising in the Upstate of South Carolina, before becoming an appraiser, i was a Mortgage Loan AVP with Fleet. I am a CR appraiser, who specializes in FHA, USDA and other residential work. I cover 4 counties of the upstate of SC and have very thorough market knowledge of my coverage area.

I have covered the full spectrum of the appraisal process, including commercial and multi-family appraisals, as well as review appraisal work and am in good standing with many local banks, mortgage companies and AMC's.

Was Co-owner of Two Day appraisal until I left the company to pursue a future with USA Appraisal.  I helped start the company, developed new vendors into existing clients covering the upstate of SC and parts of NC.  My background in mortgage lending helped enhance the appraisal process due to my knowledge of underwriting and processing of mortgage loans for various banks.

I am a Certfied, FHA Approved appraiser in the upstate for 29 years. I also have a backround in mortgage lending and collections which i did previously since 1983 when I started with Shearson Lehman Mortgage and then as a AVP of Mortgage lending with Fleet. I know my upstate market very well and I am approved with many national and local lenders. My primary goal is to continue to give my existing vendors work that satisfies their requirements, to develop new clients and to continue to enjoy what I do. My goals are to one day under the right circumstances is to get back into the lending side in the appraisal side or underwriting side, or where a company feels with my experience can do the most to enhance a department
