I am a Certfied, FHA Approved appraiser in the upstate for 31 years. I also have a backround in mortgage lending and collections which i did previously since 1983 when I started with Shearson Lehman Mortgage and then as a AVP of Mortgage lending with Fleet. I know my upstate market very well and I am approved with many national and local lenders. My primary goal is to continue to give my existing vendors work that satisfies their requirements, to develop new clients and to continue to enjoy what I do. My goals are to one day under the right circumstances is to get back into the lending side in the appraisal side or underwriting side, or where a company feels with my experience can do the most to enhance a department, I am outgoing and still eager to learn, I have extensive experience with people, and I am looking for a more structured environment, I have been in this industry since 83, but still open to expand boundaries and learn.
