	Personally managed the schematic design processes through Construction Documents achieving final certificate of occupancy on time and on budget.
	Coordinated design through the City of Redmond’s design review board process.
	Worked closely with the City of Redmond Planning department and Fire Marshals office to attain all necessary permits and approvals. 
	Coordinated with consultants and owner to write and submit SEPA documentation to the City of Redmond.
	Coordinated with all consultants and produced project specifications.
	Worked closely with all design consultants to ensure accuracy of construction drawings. Coordinated meetings and wrote meeting minutes.
	Reviewed all shop submittals and provided responses. 
	Provided all on site construction observation to ensure all work was done per the construction documents. Reviewed all special inspection reports to ensure accuracy of work being performed. Attended all Owner, Architect, Contractor meetings and wrote all meeting minutes.
	Attended weekly Construction field observation meetings to ensure all construction processes means and methods are being achieved. Wrote and distributed all field inspection reports within 24 hours of each visit.
	Worked with Owner and Construction Manager to provide documentation of our 3 star built green rating.
	Revised and provided as built drawings showing all work performed and installed for the project.
	Produced approved TI construction drawings for the amenity spaces within the Type 1 construction.
