David was an Account Manager (AM) which included the function of Intelledox Partner Manager with Dialog Information Technology. David was responsible for managing multiple public and private sector clients. This included managing the commercial outcomes on projects across a variety of engagement models including fixed price, time and materials and staff augmentation.

David also provided strategic consulting advice on his portfolio of accounts contributing to successful delivery of major outsourced projects. One account Dialog had minimal relationship with, David worked with the CIO and the Director of the Project Management Office to become a strategic partner of professional services helping them deliver multiple projects and improve internal project management and delivery capabilities.   

Key Achievements included -	Setting up a practice PMO which managed and resourced multiple projects overseeing project delivery and quality of product deliverables. 
Lead a multidisciplinary team of Intelledox experts (delivery managers, user researchers, business analysts, solution designers and developers) nationally.
