This foundational experience enabled me to evolve into a digital leader and agent of change who advises global organizations and fast-growing companies on transforming their organizations through the practical application of technology solutions. I possess the technical skills necessary to drive innovation in digital enablement and leverage emerging technologies to realize business objectives. I also have the soft skills critical to motivating people and leading teams to achieve a common goal, and I am committed to success. In 2014, I was recruited to join ServiceNow to grow market share, increase market penetration, and grow revenue and profitability. As a result of my performance, I have been quickly promoted into multiple roles of increasing accountability and scope. I currently serve as senior director where I created and executed business plans to deliver multibillion-dollar revenue and realizing 33% year-over-year (YoY) growth. I have been critical in redefining the evolution of roles, responsibilities and operating model resulting in improved coverage by more than 15%. As a testament to my commitment to delivering on the company’s strategic goals, I have been awarded multiple accolades, including the solution consulting Manager of the Year, Winners Circle and many more. None of my accomplishments would be possible without the incredible team members with whom I have worked with.
