As a member of Rock ‘Em Apparel’s leadership team, I helped this start-up company secure key accounts and pathways to drive revenue. With the landscape of the industry rapidly changing, I had the opportunity to collaborated and implement go to market strategies along with building out a new revenue driving department increasing sales by 32%. - Led and trained a team of four team sales reps on product knowledge and sales approach increasing company revenue by 15% in the first six months 
- Developed wholesale revenue program which increased department revenue by 32%
- Created student athlete gifting partnership with SEC, MEAC, and Big South conferences developing new sales revenue for the company
