• Undertook engineering design for multiple projects including; New Product Development from concept through to testing and production, and customer specific bespoke engineering solution.
• Create, maintain and review engineering drawings and schematics for use in the manufacture, assembly and testing of products using Autodesk Inventor.
• Produced a complete design dossier for the Metaplex® Bridge Plug product line for submission to Statoil containing; technical reports, calculations, specifications, parts lists, assembly drawings, test and operational procedures, manufacturing data, testing results and interpretation, risk and failure mode analyses. 
• Performed extensive prototype testing including; V3 and V0 Certification pressure testing to 10,000psi, PTFE bulk modulus testing, tensile/compressive testing using a multi-line high pressure/volume pump.
• Interacted with companies, clients and suppliers as a company representative and technical liaison.

Momenta PPI Services

• Worked on the night shift redress team on a Deloitte/Huntswood PPI contract for Lloyds Banking Group.
• Carried out redress calculations ensuring accuracy and avoiding DPA breaches within the allocated time.
• Maintained quality and productivity while working towards Personal and team targets in a pressurized environment where cases are frequently quality checked.
• Achieved competency within 5 weeks of probation while supporting team members in their process to achieve competency within the training program.

children, some with learning difficulties, as well as helping prepare for various examinations.
• Patience and the ability to manage a class of 6 tutees was demonstrated daily.
• Communicating in a friendly, easily understandable manner is an essential characteristic when working
with children in different tutee combinations.
• Organization and preparation when prepared lesson plans ensuring a suitable level of difficulty in
alignment with their progression as well as communicating instructions to other tutors.
