The business plan included the organizational structure of the company, which was written to best meet the
Chilean market needs, especially in the area of mining. Key accomplishments included:
 hiring of all staff members including accountants, lawyers, and three member sales force.
 creating catalogues and brochures in both English and Spanish.
 planning and coordinating promotional activities at major meetings including ExpoNor 2012 and
Expomin 2013.
 growing yearly sales of over $500,000 USD.

To accomplish this I analyzed the economic conditions of the market to develop a proper business plan. As manager and owner of the institute specific accomplishments included:
•	renting and furnishing two offices
