I do this using my knowledge in executive coaching, transformational leadership, NLP, psychology, neuroscience & hypnotherapy. Prior to working in leadership development, I worked in Management Consulting and over a 14-year span advised leaders on strategy, corporate finance, change management and performance improvement initiatives in multiple sectors. I also worked as an Electrical Engineer in the Satellite Telecommunications sector for a number of years.
