As Head of Compliance Advisory at Migros Bank, I'm leading a great team of Regulatory & Compliance Specialists to deliver thorough Compliance Advisory Services while also serving as Deputy to the Head of Compliance and as Member of the AI Alignment Board of the bank. I'm passionate about driving regulatory excellence, taking ownership, fostering innovation, and building a strong culture of compliance at the bank. Our Compliance Advisory covers topics such as Governance, Data Protection, Artificial Intelligence from a Regulatory & Compliance perspective, Market Conduct, Sustainable Finance / ESG, the Swiss Financial Services Act, Fraud Management, Conflicts of Interest, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Crossborder, Whistleblowing, Insurance, and other topics. In addition, I'm engaged as a lecturer about Compliance Management at the University of Zurich and as an expert in working groups like the Financial Market Working Group at economiesuisse. I pursued my academic studies and further professional education at Wharton Executive Education, Singularity University, NYU School of Professional Studies, the University of Bristol, and the University of Fribourg.
