*Developed and implemented numerous new workshops and policies that have been adopted state-wide.

Divisional Business Trainer

I have been in customer service the majority of my life and I have always enjoyed helping others. Finding the right product for a customer,  ensuring teams have all the tools needed to properly do the job, providing workshops that increase motivation and improve leadership skills, coaching someone through their job search and mentoring leaders throughout their career progress; these are all things that make for a great day.
