Creation of dashboards in Power BI to optimize project visibility and control, facilitating informed decision-making. Responsible for the economic and operational management of the Ikea center, supervising one team member.

Barcelona (10/2023-02/2024): Operational management of a team of 7 people in Catalonia. Coordination of team activities, management of suppliers and clients, as well as budget preparation to ensure the profitability and efficiency of the project.

Responsible for improving efficiency in maintenance and cleaning projects, focusing on operational and safety optimization through the implementation of methodologies such as 5S and Six Sigma. Developed applications using Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as created dashboards in Power BI for the analysis and tracking of key performance indicators. Additionally, I conducted training sessions on operational and safety improvements, facilitating the effective implementation of these methodologies within the team.
