- Reported to a Senior HR Business Partner, collaborating effectively to deliver regional and organisational HR strategies and initiatives.   
- Designed and executed a people strategy for the South and Southwest region, ensuring alignment with the agency's vision, values, and strategic objectives.   
- Provided comprehensive HR guidance and coaching to managers and leaders, covering areas such as recruitment and selection, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and employment law.   
- Successfully managed and delivered HR projects, collaborating with Centers of Excellence to implement initiatives like a new Learning and Development portal and leadership programs, enhancing employee skills and development opportunities.

- Partnered with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Affairs departments (300+ employees), supporting 2 board members on driving the People Strategy in the UK's Nuclear Weapons Authority.   
- Led the HR aspects of a Finance restructuring, successfully navigating Trade Union and internal Nuclear Regulatory consultation.   
- Coached and mentored Line Managers, resulting in improved team management and robust People Development plans.   
- Ensured seamless HR operations within a Centres of Excellence model, supporting Line Managers in Performance Management, compensation, and L&D.

- Led the HR function (team of 3) for the UK and Ireland business, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance and growth in a skincare company.
- Successfully supported a UK HR transformation project, transitioning to a shared services model, a cloud-based HRIS (Workday), and an RPO recruitment partner, resulting in streamlined processes and improved efficiency. 
- Implemented Workday Peakon, an employee listening platform, leading to increased employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
