Applying Digital Technologies and new ways of working in order to achive an end to end transformation.
For doing that I´m adopting agile principles throughout the entire Digital Department. Modular, flexible and interoperable technologies are alligned to the business requirements. Those tasks were needed to bring a cloud native DDP with a low code approach to the next level.

Digital Transformation Manager

Responsable for translating the business requirements into solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of CDP & CRM solutions, minimizing complexity and reducing the Total Cost of Ownership.

In charge of the strategy as well as the coordination of several agencies responsabile for the implementation of the related workpackages.

Managing the development projects on Salesforce and Azure to improve processes, functions and solutions that are fully integrated within the existing architecture.

Interfacing with the system integrators & developers to ensure an effective backlog management.

Responsable for the budgeting to deliver the defined scope of the related services.

Evaluating new products/micro services and technologies that can enable quick wins and reducing the time to market.

CDP (Microsoft Azure) Product Owner

As a Team Lead I'm in charge for developing and improving the Digital Communication Strategy as well as overseeing all the task related to Digital Communication. In order to improve the workflows between different departments like Digital, Content, Social Media and Marketing as well as external agency's we try to implement different tools that are able to improve the entire communication as well as to shorten distances between those departments. 

Moreover I try monitor the execution of international digital programs and campaigns, including paid media, owned media strategy, various social medias and last but not least various mobile campaigns. In addition I´m leading the ongoing management of our digital touch points, including suedtirol.info. Managing digital agency relationships as well as day-to-day production or budgeting digital projects is part of my daily work. Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting is an important part for improving various channels. Aligning marketing tactics with broader organizational strategies, in order to optimise our user journeys, leveraging design thinking to make the most compelling experience possible. Furthermore I´m also coordinating the development of digital communication tools as for example landing-pages for various advertising campaigns.

Last but not least I also manage agency relationships to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects Südtirol´s branding specifications. Identifying opportunities for applying new technologies or digital products and services to our brand is also part of my job.

- sourcing advertising opportunities and placing  adverts in the press - local, regional, national and international specialist publications

- communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, suppliers and of course partner organizations like the other tourism boards in South Tyrol

German National Olympic Committee - Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund (DOSB) (DOA)

My major duty at the German Olympic Academy was to promote the Olympic idea by organizing sideevents for the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) like the Youth Olympic Day in Berlin or the Youth Olympic World Mile in Innsbruck. One task, among other things, was to advance the Olympic Education and to promote the Olympic idea in German schools. 
After December 2010 until the start of the Youth Olympic Games 2012  in close cooperation with the Austrian & Italian Olympic Committee I was part of a research group with the aim to measure the efficiency of the CEP "Culture and Education Program".
