I am a Senior Marketing Manager working with Microsoft in the Windows team. I am responsible for assisting the SMB team with their integration into the US marketing initiatives across all the current campaigns and programs. Building out and branding Windows 10 SMB campaigns to drive upgrades to Windows 10 and Pro across the US. This includes digital and social marketing as well as retail and distributor programs that are taking advantage of the Windows Devices in Modern Biz initiative. Responsible for managing the development and distribution of all the OEM, Digital and Field sales marketing assets that are designed to support Windows 10 marketing across the segment.

Sr. Marketing Manager - Microsoft

Delivered all communications from corp. to the Global Windows Marketing (Phone) Field including OEM, Operator Channel, Retail, and Developers. Acted as the strategic Field advocate and voice back to corp. to ensure that the materials being provided were “Aiming and Arming” internal and external stakeholders to excel in their roles. 
•    Tripled readership of weekly Field newsletter and attendance of 2X monthly Field calls to over 750 stakeholders in 6 months by creating a community of stakeholders that shared best practices and worked more closely together as a cohesive team.
•    Drove in excess of 2X sell-in opportunity by planning, managing, and attending 4 Windows Phone 8.1 Global Field Summits held in Redmond, WA, Ft. Lauderdale, Amsterdam, and Singapore. Summits were designed to provide advance release details to Windows Phone Category Leads, Technical Sales, Operator Channel, and Mobile Operator Client Directors. 
•     Developed and provided all readiness programs and materials for global Windows Phone Field. 
•    Owned and administered global secure SharePoint site for all marketing assets and strategic annual planning documentation. 
•     Managed delivery of all digital marketing assets from Product Marketing, Mobile Operator / OEM, Apps, Windows Store and Developer teams to the World Wide Field for their use in ranging and commercialization of devices with customers and partners. 
•    Technical Program Manager for Microsoft internal events including TechReady (twice annual Developer conference held in Seattle), START (annual global marketing kick-off meeting) and MGX (annual global sales meeting). 
•     Developed and delivered all readiness programs for continued stakeholder and Field education.

Global Field Operations / Marketing Program Manager – Windows Phone

Manager and Business Owner of US Marketing Campaign Operations team in the Global Marketing Operations (GMO) team. Managed all digital and above and below the line marketing campaign set-up and validation in Marketing Automation tools for US Subsidiary. Responsible, end to end, for all campaign set-up, monitoring, lead management, and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) analysis reporting during and post campaign. Effective and trusted communicator to upper level management and looked to as a distinguished and intuitive self-starter with excellent problem resolution and presentation skills.
• Managed highly successful operations team of 18 people by focusing on operational excellence as a foundation, and up-leveling high performers to become strategic partners with stakeholders. Managed annual budget of more than $2M.
• Instilled high customer satisfaction as key tenet of team culture through tying performance to satisfaction goals, resulting in a 95% satisfaction score for the team every quarter, even during periods when marketing demand grew faster than our services budget.

Global Marketing Operations, Sr. Marketing Manager – Digital Campaign Management and Reporting

Created, executed, and managed spend on annual marketing plans with a $1M budget, designed to recruit new partners into the Microsoft Business Solutions Partner Program. Partners were responsible for reselling ERP, (Microsoft Dynamics GP, AX, NAV, SL) Small Business Financials, and CRM. 
• Managed telesales vendor to call all lists and respond to all inbound 800# calls from postings via digital marketing and below the line advertising. 
• Managed many creative agencies that developed both print and digital marketing campaigns and collateral to provide leads to the channel development team. Attained banner ad click-through stats of over .65% for top sites.

US Business Solutions, Partner Recruitment Manager – Microsoft Dynamics

Created integrated marketing plans targeted at small and mid-market business customers. Evangelized Microsoft Learning as the premier learning resource to both internal and external customers. Successfully managed annual marketing budget and spends against it.
• Managed creative agencies that developed both print and digital marketing campaigns and collateral.

Microsoft Learning, Small and Mid-Market Marketing Manager - Server and Tools

Created and implemented marketing campaigns and materials that drove Microsoft Learning growth in the WW training space as well as preparing our Certified Partner for Learning Solutions channel to use and deploy new programs and tools provided by Microsoft. 
• Built and executed marketing strategies for the World Wide Learning Solutions Partner channel that defined and enhanced the Microsoft Learning products portfolio and in turn supported the channels selling process.

Managed 15 global trade shows and events per year. Managed global relationship with creative agencies to produce all marketing communications deliverables to clearly communicate the corporate message. Technical consultant for trade show teams.  
•     Established annual trade show budget of more than $2M and determined appropriate international and domestic events for corporate participation. Received Group Marketing Award for contribution to a successful European launch and awarded Divisional Recognition by company President for excellence in executing worldwide programs.

Intel Online Services - Global Trade Show and Event Manager

iCat Corporation

Managed database of 400 reseller partner files, sales reports, product inventory, and communications. 
•         Determined eligibility criteria for Marketing Development Fund program for reseller partners. Budget: $200K.
•         Co-wrote and produced all collateral and informational binders for each new reseller partner. 
•         Co-managed the International iCat Partner Conference held in Seattle. Over 300 representatives from 250 Global partners attended this three-day event, which included educational sessions and social activities. Budget: $200K.
