I'm responsible for the agency strategy, I define our services and our go to market strategy

I love working with our clients:

•meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
•working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;
•presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
•liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
•negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
•presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
•handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
•writing client reports;
•monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
•undertaking administration tasks;

•developing new and imaginative fundraising activities, many of which involve organising events;
•raising awareness of the charity and its work at local and national levels, e.g. by giving talks to groups or seeking photo opportunities with the media;
•developing and coordinating web-based fundraising, online auctions and merchandise sales;
•increasing funds by researching and targeting charitable trusts whose criteria match the charity's aims and activities;
•developing and implementing a strategy for individual and corporate supporter recruitment and development;;
•managing and updating databases to record donor contact and preference information;
•writing applications and mail-shots, using direct mailing to reach a wide range of potential and current donors;
•making risk analyses and balancing time-cost ratios to focus effort on the most appropriate fundraising activities with the highest chance of success

My favourite marketing definition is marketing as the art of changing people behaviour. I have experimented this art in many context, from social causes to business goal, both B2C and B2B. Always tryng new strategy and tactics to make comunication a foundamental asset of change.

Nella pallavolo c’è un alzatore che ha il compito di alzare la palla nel miglior modo possibile, e poi - tempestivamente - subentra il compagno che prende al volo l’occasione per schiacciare.
La marketing automation è uno degli strumenti che può aiutare a mantenere il RITMO ORGANIZZATIVO, indispensabile per giocare bene la palla.
