David Fajgenbaum, MD, MBA, MSc, is a physician-scientist at the University of Pennsylvania and one of the youngest tenured professors ever at Penn Medicine. He is the national bestselling author of Chasing My Cure: A Doctor’s Race to Turn Hope Into Action, co-Founder of the Castleman Disease Collaborative Network, and co-Founder of Every Cure. One of the youngest ever awardees of multiple top NIH and FDA grants, Fajgenbaum has been recognized with numerous awards, including the 2016 Atlas Award along with then Vice President Joe Biden and Forbes 30 Under 30 and profiled by The New York Times, Good Morning America, CNN, USA Today, and the Today Show, among others. He received his BS from Georgetown University, MSc from the University of Oxford, MD from the University of Pennsylvania, and MBA from the Wharton School. At Georgetown, he was a Division I Quarterback and co-founded the National Students of AMF Support Network.
