WaterQuest is one of the leaders in soft water and filtration solutions for the state of Utah. I started out as a CRM consultant and Sales Manager there, but quickly realized they needed a Salesforce instance. In addition to developing their Salesforce instance, I managed their marketing campaigns and sales pipeline, both on the phones and at the doors. I also conducted in-home water testing and sold their industry leading products to new homeowners. Sales volume grew by 25% year over year in my time there.

I also maintained and architected dashboards and pulled reports for the Business Analysts, Managers, and Marketing Department which led to more accurate metrics. The company doubled in size in the time that I was there, and our Salesforce data did too.

Offered bug fixes and user experience recommendations for an original marketing application called SNAP21. Assisted with the integration of Dealersocket CRM for the dealership and helped train employees on utilization.
