I also sprinkle in some lessons I've learned from running a small business for 15+ years. I'm really interested in the power of story to connect people and cross boundaries. I have a special place in my heart for rare disease orgs and building more inclusive spaces for neurodiversity. I also get especially fired up about educational, social justice and environmental causes. When I'm not nonprofiting, I'm most likely nerding out on board games with my wife, having a dance party with my two young kiddos, sitting on a patio with friends or out walking somewhere with my pups.
