My duties and responsibilities included:
- Being the technical lead within the company by ensuring I had mid to high level of knowledge of the systems used. These included:
-- Sagacite CRM system with integrated ViciDial outward-bound dialling web application.
-- Lindenhouse Virtual Cabinet.
-- Microsoft Outlook.
- Liaising with the developers and distributors of the CRM system.
