Youd Andrews uses this Network to create a Business Simulated Environment (think flight simulator).  We help their client’s customer facing teams to understand the behaviours needed to be successful when interacting with Chief Executives and business decision makers in sales situations.  Youd Andrews works with CXOs who are good coaches and who are happy to have an ongoing mentoring role with their clients.  We provide a sounding board for their clients to talk to and honest, real-time feedback on their performance.  We share our experience of good and bad behaviour from salesmen and tell them why we would, or would not, buy from them.  The Youd Andrews Simulator is a unique approach to developing a top-quality sales team.
