I'm a product management and innovation lead; I just can't stop helping to build and launch amazing products. I have a a track record of building successful ventures and leading transformative projects across global startups, working at Samsung Product Innovation Team, as EY-Parthenon ASEAN Innovation co-lead and today as founder of AIPath. At its core, AIPath functions like DevOps for growth teams, enabling companies to run ongoing variations of product strategies, GTM motions, and competitive positioning—rapidly identifying what drives the highest impact. We are pioneering a new category of application-layer AI, integrating proprietary data enrichment with compound AI workflows to transform diligence, valuation, and strategy validation for SaaS companies. This approach allows startups and enterprises to iterate in hours instead of months, de-risking execution and accelerating their path to market dominance. NEW: AIPath wins the AI Agents Global Challenge (Jan 2025). In my free-time, I have mentored companies and startups at 30 accelerators. In 2015, I founded RE-PC.org, a volunteer organisation redistributing laptops to children of low-income households to creating educational opportunity, extend hardware lifespans & reduce e-waste. I have held a board position as co-trustee of a Singapore registered charity since 2013. About: I’m a fifth generation Singaporean with work experience across APAC and 4 continents.

Today, the barrier to creating anything is low. If you have an idea, you can build a MVP - even make it go live- within hours. I had a lot of fun attending ChatAndBuild mini-hackathon few weeks back and it was so easy to use (the simpler your prompt the better) that I invited them to come onboard as partners for our Women In AI (For Good) community events. The product I had the most fun building was the food sensitivity photo app. As someone who can get triggered by food and I have a few friends who are too, I was really curious to find out if we could use AI to help identify ingredients from a dish's picture or menu? Here is what I had envisioned for the whole app, and then I will share what I built for the MVP ;) 1. User onboarding stage - you submit your sensitivity or allergens. The app will store this in memory 2. Snap a picture (Dish or menu) - it will be processed in the backend and compared against stored allergens 3. Danger or Safe - you will get a rating of how safe this food is to consume. 4. Track symptoms over time - the thing about allergic reactions is that they can be immediate or slow...so the app can send prompts at intervals to check if you are experiencing any delayed onset symptoms 5. Patterns to track - over time, the app can help identify and categorise allergens by severity, and might even be able to help you surface allergens you didn't know about as it can track the symptoms over time and correlate it to what you had eaten in the past. 6. Travel mode - if you travel to new countries, it should be able to switch to other langauges 7. Body recomposition mode - if you have PCOS, ADHD, IBS, Celiac disease etc - they are inflammatory diseases, and this can really slow down weight loss or muscle building. What if the app can help suggest macro, food to eat based on your preferences...and help you get healthier too? MVP built - every big idea starts with a small first step This MVP enabled you to snap a picture, select allergens out of the top 10 to 15 common allergens, then it will give you a rating of allergy trigger, and likely ingredients in the food. Not a bad start!!!! My 2nd fav was the korean language app MVP - just submit the URL of the video, it should transcribe the video in Korean...then you highlight words you don't know and it automatically becomes a flashcard. The dream app would also help pull sentences from the video or other video transcripts stored in memory to help practice the word, because our brain learns better with context vs simply memorising the word itself. So if you are brimming with ideas and want to bring it to life, look out for the upcoming hackathon we are doing together on 21st June with AIPath.one - AI for Product-Market Fit and Innovation Management also. Thanks Christel Buchanan and David Isaac Mathews for being such a champion of women in AI!

[1] Customer Truth > Customer Voice Myth: Surveys reveal pain points. Reality: Pain hides in micro-moments. Method: Map → Simulate → Stress-test with synthetic users. Outcome: Spot revenue leaks before code is written. [2] "Customers told us they wanted X.” Perfect—then why did they churn after you shipped X? Because voice ≠ truth. The truth lives in the silent friction they don’t articulate—the checkout step they abandon, the integration they delay. [3] IGE in AIPath adds missing detail by: Mapping every micro-moment across the journey, and across all stakeholder journeys—clicks, hesitations, context switches. Generating synthetic users (digital-twin personas) to replay edge-cases at scale. [4] Stress-testing each moment until hidden bottlenecks surface. Result? One client cut onboarding drop-off without touching UI — because the real issue was the wrong sub-niche being targeted. With systematic hypothesis iteration, we lowered CAC from $240 to $43 over 8 weeks. Next post we’ll convert these insights into rapid-fire experiments that crank learning velocity without drowning engineering. Drop your favorite “we listened but still failed” story below—best lesson wins a free teardown using AIPaths synthetic-user & pre-testing tools.
[1] The Data Black-Hole in Every Roadmap >50 % of most backlogs is dressed-up guesswork. Most startups don't have detailed journey mapping and experiments to validate the best next steps for product, marketing and sales teams. And now AI created hypotheses are adding to data gaps between employees. [2] There's missing ground-truth data on real customer struggles. This means you’re wasting ~30 % of your sprint capacity on the wrong work. Worse, it looks like teams are working in siloes, and now employees are working in siloes, using personal AI tools, not laddering up to a single source of truth for decision making (ref: Dataiku research in image). [3] I’ll show you how to surface truth in hours, not quarters. Ever watched a sprint retro where everyone agrees the last feature “felt right”… yet adoption nosedives? That’s the data black-hole: work prioritized on opinions, not evidence. Product owners keep tight burn-down charts but ignore the burn-up of faulty assumptions that sneak into every roadmap item. Here’s the kicker—Teams that plug the hole with in-journey data could probably shave 2–3 sprints off time-to-value, per major release. The secret isn’t bigger analytics stacks; it’s instrumenting the moments that matter, then looping that intel directly into prioritization. Tomorrow I’ll break down how to extract those moments—fast—using digital-twin users and zero extra engineering. Source: Dataiku Thank Dataiku for killer research on CEO's and employees
Spoke to Nick Larson on our new approach to gathering the missing data to make core strategy decisions around growth! (YouTube link attached). Strategy is fundamental; if you don’t have a strategy on ‘how to win,’ how will you outperform your competitors? Thank you for the feature at ‘AI Infra’! Strategy isn’t a slide deck - it’s a system. At AI INFRA SUMMIT, David Isaac Mathews of AIPath.one walked us through how he’s building something way more dynamic. Think living, evolving AI systems that help startups, agencies, and investors actually move the needle. Here’s what landed from his talk with Nick Larson: 📉 $700K-level strategy, democratized. AIPath.one helps consultants deliver enterprise-grade insights—at startup pace and price. 🔬 Less theory, more traction. They don’t just model data—they validate it. Across sectors, they’re turning entire customer journeys into testable growth loops. 🧠 The rise of the “VC OS.” Agencies, accelerators, and funds are plugging in—building a shared operating system for smarter, faster scaling. It's no longer about 'trusting AI,' it's about 'how quickly we can help you test and learn, before you build' Ironically, across 100's of VC and customer interviews, we're hearing the occasional VC/ Analyst skepticism around a central question that sounds like "But will people really trust AI output?" It seems, that inside most industries & companies, your competitors (and employees) are already using AI, whether you're in control of it or not. There is no other AI Native tool for strategy: - Spot Opportunities for Growth in real-time - Quantify the tradeoffs between your options - Test before you launch At AIPath.one, we believe the future is beyond just AI. It's a self-uodated agent swarm, fed by continuously testing your best next ideas with customers and your own internal product & GTM teams. Too many good ideas fail to make a difference. Leaders (CEO's/ CRO's/ COO's/ CPO's/ CMO's) need (data-driven) clarity (and alignment) on where growth comes from next. They need to be in charge, and they need to be 1000% augmented in identifying where growth will come from next. As a 'system of record' for innovation, AIPath's mission is to help solve the data gaps for teams who are serious about growth. #productmanagement #AI #SaaS
