Navigated the SDR org through a major business process change to territory coverage without a dip production or significant attrition.

Acquired by Ignite Technologies. Transformed Infer’s fledgling Sales Development team into a competitive powerhouse.  Over the course of 6 months I restructured the team in multiple ways that have lead to greatly increased productivity, including; implementing the latest Sales Development tool stack, coordinating Infer’s first sales training program and turning the team focus to using the telephone for faster follow-up and proactive prospecting.

OpenDNS - now a part of Cisco

Acquired by Cisco. Managed 25 direct reports and 2 Team Leads in addition to 4 Outsourced prospecting programs, responsible for producing $15MM+ in new business pipeline per quarter.  Promoted from Manager to Senior Manager.  Initially recruited to lead a team of 6 Outbound Sales Development Representatives prospecting into Enterprise level accounts. Progressively given responsibility over Inbound Lead Qualification function, Data Enrichment function and 4 Outsourced prospecting programs, in addition to the Outbound SDR Team.
