With over 15 years of experience in followership, leadership, and strategy education, I have developed and delivered courses, workshops, seminars, and one-on-one mentoring sessions that enable participants to engage engaged leadership and courageous followership to execute strategy in any situation. Drawing on my academic background in politics, followership, leadership, and strategy, as well as my practical experience with the military, small businesses, and the non-profit sector, I offer insights and lessons on how to engage personal agency and strategic thinking as the glue that locks leaders and followers into a mutual process. I also share my personal story as a disabled IDF veteran with a severe chronic pain disorder, to inspire and motivate others to rethink how they engage as followers and overcome challenges. I've given lectures and workshops to military units, companies, teams, military preparation programs, Israel gap-year programs, and to children in camps and youth groups. I've worked with larger organizations, smaller teams, and individuals to change how they engage strategic concepts in their followership and leadership to maximize potential. Along the way I've had the opportunity to significantly impact the lives of an amazingly diverse group of people and give them a basis for their future success.
