I advise on business-critical and complex business change, as well as Cyber Security and Cloud enabled technology. At Crew Clothing I cut the annual Operational IT Budget by over 1/3 whilst improving the overall service, created a high performance Tech team, and delivered projects that added £6.5m EBITDA in year 1. At Wiggle, I defined the technology strategy, presenting the options to the main Board and PE partners, enabling them to grow from £150m to £400m+ revenue, acquire a rival, and scale to £1bn. At Office Outlet I created the Operating Model and helped the board secure £30m working capital from the PE Partners. On the Santander mentor programme I helped a female founder shape her business and increase YoY sales by over 30% in under 10 months.
