😒Someone broke into my car last week. It wasn’t fun - but the experience reminded me what being a founder is really about:

Staying calm when things fall apart

I was leaving work, midweek, tired

Something about my car felt off

👀 I looked closer - the entire right-side window was shattered, glass everywhere

My heart sank, my first thought was, “Why me? Why now? I already have a hundred issues to deal with!”

That feeling is familiar to most founders building something

Everyday, something breaks that demands our attention

🧨 A bug in the software

🧨 A customer issue

🧨 An unexpected delay

🧨 An investor pulling out at the last minute

Founders live in the middle of controlled chaos

But as I stood there, staring at that broken glass, something shifted

Instead of frustration, I started feeling empathy

Whoever broke into my car must have had a worse day than I did

They must have been desperate enough to smash a window for food or whatever they hoped to find inside

And that made me grateful

🙏🏽 Grateful that my biggest problem wasn’t survival - it was growth
