I am the President of Coaching Solutions, a company that offers coaching and mastermind facilitation for managed service providers (MSPs), a type of IT service provider that offers remote support and management of clients' IT infrastructure and systems. I have an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS from BYU, and 25 years of experience in business development, ownership, and executive coaching.
